Safety

The safety, health, and wellness of our employees are a top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have implemented safety protocols, including shift work scheduling to reduce the number of people in the facility, requirements for the wearing of masks and social distancing, improved cleaning procedures, and readily available hand sanitizer. These protocols are designed to comply with health and safety standards as required by federal, state, and local government agencies, taking into consideration the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public health authorities. Also, we have provided work-at-home arrangements for employees who can take advantage of them.

Our policy is to maintain a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect. Through enforcement of this policy and by education of employees, Recro strives to prevent, correct, and discipline conduct that violates this policy. All employees, regardless of position, location, or facility, are covered by, and are expected to comply with, this policy and take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur. This policy also applies to the actions of customers, vendors, and any other persons who meet our employees.

Diversity and Inclusion

At Recro, we are fundamentally committed to creating and maintaining a work environment in which employees are treated fairly, with dignity, decency, and respect and in accordance with all applicable laws. We strive to create a professional work environment that is free from all forms of harassment, discrimination, and bullying in the workplace, including sexual harassment and any form of retaliation. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we strive to administer all human resources actions and policies without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identification or expression, past or present military or veteran status, marital status, familial status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Our management team and employees are expected to exhibit and promote honest, ethical, and respectful conduct in the workplace. All employees must adhere to a code of conduct that sets standards for appropriate behavior and are required to attend annual training to help prevent, identify, report, and stop any type of discrimination and harassment. Environmental Health and Safety Policy

We are committed to protecting the environment, the safety and health of our employees, customers, visitors, and the communities where we operate. Meeting this commitment is a primary objective of our management team and employees alike. As such, our policy focuses on critical areas: creating an organization that promotes environmental, health, and safety activities, compliance with local and federal law, providing a safe work environment that protects employees, integrating these considerations into everyday business activities, educating employees on best practices and safety issues, reducing our consumption of energy and resources, and utilizing goals and objectives to monitor overall performance.
